Little DaVinci

Our Mission is to teach fine art skills to elementary age students. This comprehensive seven month curriculum was designed to deliver a variety of art mediums for you kids to create with.  Do away with the crayons, colored pencils, and tempera paint. We only use high quality professional materials to teach real foundations in art making.

A Curriculum Based in Art History with Real Art Mediums.

We love to teach kids, and we really love how excited kids are to use professional materials.  Acrylic Paint, gesso, canvas board, pastel paper, pastels, watercolor tubes, and real drawing pencils are included in the tuition for the month for use in class. Our instructors base the art lesson in art history. Students learn about famous artists and begin to emulate their styles.

Expert Curriculum

Our curriculum was developed after years of teaching art in the public schools.  We found students in 3rd through 8th grade excelled in the practice of making fine art with professional materials.  The course focuses on drawing skills, then moves into pastel drawing and watercolor painting to prepare the students for working with acrylic paint and canvas boards.  3D sculptures are part of the course as well. Students learn about color theory, art history, and painting techniques.
